These terms cover your use of racingplanner.co.uk and the public example yard at demo.racingplanner.co.uk, which are operated by Portalworks Ltd ("we"). If you are a Racing Planner customer, your written agreement with us governs the service itself and takes precedence over anything here.
It describes Racing Planner and shows a working example built on an invented yard. The example is for illustration: the trainer and horses are fictional, though the races, dates and conditions are real and current.
Nothing on this site is advice. Racing Planner is an aid to planning; race conditions change and data feeds can lag, and a trainer must confirm a horse's eligibility with Racing Admin before entering it. Racing Planner cannot make, change or scratch an entry, gives no betting or financial advice, and has nothing to do with betting.
The Racing Planner name, software, design and methods belong to Portalworks Ltd. You may browse the site and share links to it; you may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell any part of it.
Racing data on the site comes from third-party feeds supplied without warranty. Our use of personal information is described in our privacy notice.
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
